If you want to try to make your own materials Elizabeth Hainstock's Teaching Montessori in the Home The School Years has instructions in the back.

There are several groups on yahoo dedicated to making and or swaping Montessori materials, another keeeyword to try besides just entering in the search window Montessori materials, type in Natural Structure. You can find some stuff on ebay and vegsource as well.

The flat bead frames and grammar boxes I would make myself, but the binomial cube I would buy ( I think these are sooooo awesome, but they're so expensive). Yahoo groups like Montessori_materials and Montessorimakers discuss how to make these, using Hainstock and Gettman. Also, the folks on the list discuss where to get the best deals on purchases.
