Hi all,
As part of a new year, new me thing going on - I'd like to attempt to cook more at home. I would like to know some of your favorite online resources for healthy, and hopefully simple, recipes. I'd like to tend toward less carbs, tons of fruits and veggies, and more lean proteins. I'm trying to cut down on my red meats since I have a uterine fibroid and the whole estrogen thing gets whacked (if I get inspired to buy organic beef, that would help, but I'll pretend for now it's too expensive and not an option).
I'd like to know more recipes using gluten-free ingredients too, as my boyfriend has celiac disease and I'll be apt to cook more if he comes over to eat than if I just cook for myself.
I love Atlanta restaurants that focus on 'spa cuisine', I'd like to make more of that at home!
Thanks!
