Caring for human hair wig

This is my first post to the forum. I recently discovered these message boards and absolutely love this place!

I am suffering from alopecia, and wear a humar hair hairpiece. Should I use the BS/ACV no-poo method to care for the hair piece? Does anyone have any special instructions on how to clean a hairpiece?
