hi all! i've been following the "green living tribe" but keep finding myself sneaking over here for ideas & advice. I LOVE IT!
i'm married to the "absent minded professor" who doesn't have an organizational skill in his body & loves clutter. i also have 2 small girls & a babe on the way so my house is strewn with toys & crayons & misc. pieces of cut up paper (because my 3.5 yr. old recently discovered how much she adores scissors). i'm definitely not a minimalist but i'm all for organization & getting rid of stuff we don't need! all i want is a house "full" of beautiful & useful things!
i'm also trying to be more eco-friendly & love to read the threads here. we CD, compost, grow our own veggies, etc, etc, but i'm looking for more dramatic ways of conserving. i'm this/close to starting family cloth (minus my husband, of course) and am really working on the canvas bag habit.
anyway, that's a little bit about me. i'm off to find some family cloth resources!
