This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...

Make farm animals from pompoms felt and glue. You can get some wigglyeyes at Michaels. There could be a sheep with a white pom, of course and maybe a pig (pink pom) brown for dog or horse and so forth you can work out the styles before hand and hav all the small felt parts cut already so you wouldn't need shears. Put all the parts into a cupcake cup or a small lunchbag if you don't mind plastic. HTH

I second the pompom animals. If you have some straw, make it available too, so the kids can glue a "bed" on their pictures.
Sheep can also be made with cotton balls, which cuts downt he cost. Just glue a binch of cotton balls to come paper and add legs and faces.
Play dough is popular. Wilton's black dye makes an acceptable colour for jersey cows. Certain colours of koolaid make good pinks etc.
3 year olds are great with colouring pages. Simply google "colouring pages farm"
6 and 7 year olds would enjoy making barns pictures out of construction paper and popsicle sticks.
