Anyone make a one size PUL cover?

Does such a thing exist?

We're going to pretty much all OS -- BG 2.0 & ME. I'd love to be able to do the same with my covers, but don't recall ever hearing about such a thing.

Two that I can think of..... http://www.littlecomettails.com/ and http://www.muttaqinbaby.com (at least I'm pretty sure I've seen one-sized covers from Muttaqin Baby.... it's been a bit since I was there though )
