What is "frosted" and "toasted"???

It's been a while since I have been on this board... and i just noticed these terms in almost everyone's sigi's. What does it all mean??? Clue in a clueless mommy!

I was frosted and toasted to death (by some of you here, thank you, hee hee), but I opted not to include it in my sig because I was already at max length and I heard some people had trouble changing their sigs back to the original length afterwards.
But now that I bought a premium membership I guess I don't have to worry so much. I can even add unlimited smilies to my sig if I like!

yeah but I still don't understand the point of it- I have been frosted and toasted before but I don't get the point of it. I am a little thick.

I have no idea what is in people's signatures or avatars since I blocked them the first day I started using this board. The use of flashies and bouncies and smilies and quoties was overpowering. Yet I'm pretty sure I have siggy though I can't see it myself...

It's a poem being forwarded around like an email forward that you are supposed to pass on. Kind of like a nice chain letter.

I' haven't been booed, frosted, toasted, etc, so I'm assuming this from what I've read.
