Sorry for the somewhat dramatic title...

I'm going after work today to L&D to have liver function tests and an NST.

I've had itching all over my body (sometimes pretty bad, sometimes just bothersome) for the last week with no rash to speak of. After reading the itchy thread here I decided I didn't want to wait until my appointment next week to address this. After a round of phone calls I'm going to the hospital. I'm kind of sad since I'm going alone- DH works out of town and I want to just pop over and get all this done.

Please send out some non-Choleostatis vibes for me!

Update

Hi ladies-

Thanks for the well wishes. Everything seems fine for now. The baby was very reactive during the NST and the midwife was very pleased. I had the blood drawn and all test results will be back by next Friday.

I feel good that my clinic really took me seriously and did the tests I wanted. I feel empowered and impressed by their level of care and attentiveness.

Hopefully all will turn out well!
