Anyone have a cover pattern without fold over elastic?

I'd really like an AI2 pattern, but in case I can't find one, does anyone have a pattern for covers with no exposed elastic?

I REALLY like the darling diapers AIO (really more of an AI2) pattern. And it's less expensive to buy it from her hyenacart than her web site.

For a cover, just take any pattern you like and use the next size up as a pattern for a cover.

I have used my cover pattern and just turned & topstitched it. Works out great.
