Symptoms coming earlier with DC #2?

OK, well, I haven't done a test yet. But I knew by the next day that I was pregnant. This has happened with each pregnancy. I just know very early-and have always been correct. So based on my LMP, I'd be due at the end of Sept.

That said, do the repeat mummies get pregnancy symptoms earlier?
With DD, I got wicked MS at the 2 week mark. But I had sore breasts the morning after our first try.

This time, I had sore breasts by the next day. Then a feeling of a full bellyy. Lots of mild crampting starting on day 2 or 3 also. And wanting to cry at the silliest things.
Like sitting in the middle of the living room and being on the verge of tears b/c I couldn't figure out which boxes to put the tree baubles in and how to fit those into the storage boxes.

2 days ago I has a whisper of nausea. More today. Not relieved after eating.
I'm scared b/c I had severe nausea (Hyperemisis Gravidarum) http://www.epigee.org/pregnancy/hg.html with DD and was on medication until the day I gave birth so I wouldn't get dehydrated and lose weight again. (I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks and couldn't keep water down last time)

It just seems all these symptoms are coming on sooner than with DD.
Is this common??

My symptoms have come on earlier than with DD for me (my second pregnancy) - but they are very different symptoms. I have major indigestion and a lot of shortness of breath. No tender breasts like last time, though. Strange, huh?
