I don't know anyone born after 1970 who got the smallpox vaccination. I think it was being phased out around that time.

They used to give one MMR (or, each vaccine separately). There was some kind of measles outbreak in the 1980s, so they started requiring a booster before college. (That's my understanding anyway.)
