how do I get orange food stains out of clothes?

I've just started cooking with palm oil, which is quite orange in color. I've been using it for 4 days and thus far have managed to ruin one of DD's new shirts (worn twice) and one of my new sweatshirts (worn twice) Stain remover doesn't work. Any suggestions on how I can get these orange stains out? (Note: DD's shirt has been washed, mine has not.)

I have no experiance with palm oil, so this might not work but I've found most oil stains come out well with dish soap as a pretreatment. Wash in hot water but don't put it in the dryer until your sure the stain is out, dry heat will set the stain.

Try sun, that works on almost anything for me.
