Preschool aged kids playing the "checkout game"

Does your kiddo get naked when their friends are over so that they can um, checkout each others' body parts?

My child has a friend (boy) that always wants to be naked and play together, innocent games like mother/ baby etc. but the games that they play are just as easily done with clothes on. The other mom and I have each spoken to our children about this, but it continues to happen. What would you do?

hmmm, how old is the little boy?

When ds goes to other people's houses he is fully clothed.
And up until this past year- he is 6 now, if his friend comes over, my ds just wore his underwear. Not anymore, though.
That said our house is really really tiny and they were in constant sight, nobody checked out anything. plus the rule in our house was, when we come home, take off your clothes and put them away. Plus we are in Hawaii, it is hot in our house and ds has been a nudist since a baby.


But not buck naked, not playing any 'check out' games. Nope wouldnt allow it. not even in undies.

Mother/baby doesnt sound so bad, but like you said, could be done clothed.
And go with your guts, yk? what does your instinct tell you?

I've thought about this a lot now and am growing more and more uncomfortable with it. Thanks for reminding me to trust my instincts (: I need to be reminded sometimes ) I think I always just blew off the getting naked games because both of us (moms) were talking to the kids and asking them not to. I guess we both just figured that it would discontinue. And had assumed that curiosity would be satisfied. But with this last time, it kind of topped it. I think I'm just going to insist that the kids are supervised constantly, regardless of the mom or boy protesting.
