And it's soooo comfortable! My doctor had suggested one for my sore belly muscles, and my Bradley instructor had suggested one for my sore pelvis. I finally decided to get a Medela, our local BRU has them but did not have my size. I think Medela generally makes good products so thought I'd go with that one and I'm glad I did! It really seems to be helping. I just got it in the mail today so I haven't had much time to wear it, but I can even wear it sitting down, and it doesn't dig in anywhere. It's also really soft to wear under clothes. Wish I'd gotten one weeks ago! It might have helped with my last pg too! It's kinda late in the game but if it makes the next 4-5 weeks bearable, I'll be really glad...

The only downside is that the biggest size they make is up to size 20. So anyone over that size I don't think can get a Medela...

Sounds like you are going too get some much needed relief I thought about getting a belly belt as well ( is this the same thing ) you are speaking of ?

Yeah, it's basically a stretchy strap that goes from your lower back down under your belly. The one I got is really comfy and half the time I forget I have it on! But it does seem to help - doesn't take away all the aches but they aren't as bad now. I wish I'd had one earlier!
