..has issues! 
Seriously....when I first met him I knew he had panic attacks but wow, it has been such a roller coaster ride!
When I first met him he was on Paxil. He had been working at Boeing, which worked well for him since he could pretty much do whatever he wanted and wasnt around people all day. However, he still had bad panic attacks and could hardly ever leave the house. So he was switch to Zoloft, which made him puke. After that, they put him on Effexor. That seemed a little better and he was able to get a job, though he still spent hours each day fighting panic attacks. It was still awful and really the only thing that seemed to truely help was his Xanex taken whenever he was having a bad panic attack.
Then, last year his mom, who had the same sort of problem, was diagnosed with ADHD and put on Adderall. So dh went in and got the same dx and was also put on Adderall. Since then he has been a bit better and I really could see him having some form of ADD, but it certainly hasnt fixed everything. He still is having panic attacks, he still needs his Xanex, he is still irritable,etc. I just dont know what to do. He also has completely lost his sex drive since starting Adderall-which is completely backwards from 99% of people on it (most become more interested in sex).
I am wondering if he could actually be bipolar. I dont see obvious cycling but he definately has good periods and bad periods. I just cant figure out what else this could be. Nothing has helped
