MW-assisted homebirth: birth plan?

Would any of you mind sharing your birth plan, either here or in a PM? I am just wondering what a homebirthing birth plan looks like, because I know there are a lot of things I won't have to worry about. Is it even necessary?

I did one but only in case of hospital transport.

I haven't had one for any of my births.

I direct as we go

If we where to be transported it is an emergency.

Dh knows to stay with the baby at all times no matter what they say. No eye goop or shots.
