soakers

Thread Starter
I have flannel, terry towels, kitchen towels, and some left over cloth diapers that I used as burp cloths that you can buy from Walmart and Babies R Us. How can I make soakers out of this?

You just need to determine the soaker size and how many layers you want to use. You can look through the sickies at the top of the forum for some free patterns and use their soaker instructions. I always make one test diaper before making a whole bunch.
I'm not sure it's worth while to use the store bought diapers for soakers - they usually have polyester batting in them and arent as absorbent as you probably want.
Hope that helps you
