A woman I work with has been nursing her baby now for 11 months, and was talking with me about weaning. She has been getting pressure from her family to do it. She knows that I EBF, and we had a little talk last night, and she decided to tell her family to back off, and she was going to continue for at least another 6 months... I can get her again then! 
It makes me sad for her that I am her only support for doing it. She got upset and said that she was tired of people who have never even tried to nurse telling her when she should stop. (Her mom, sisters, SIL) I feel blessed that I have such a good support group when it comes to this!
