I'm thinking of buying this but can't find a cheap copy online. I might be swayed to spend the $$$ with some passionate personal recomendations!

Honestly, I didn't love it. There are some great things in there but it wasn't qutie what I thought it would be. It does give some good thoughts on daily routines and rituals but I wasn't too crazy for the songs and or her personal stories. JMHO.

I enjoyed "The Children's Year" and "Festivals, Family and Food" (sorry - don't know the author names - got them from Amazon) more. Also, "You are you Child's First Teacher" by R.??? Baldwin.

I really loved this book and bought it along with all the other Waldorf books. I ended up not choosing a waldorf school in the end, but still refer to this book for ideas for traditions and rituals.
