Unfortunately, it is very common to have numbness around the incision after cesarean surgery. Sometimes this numbness can fade and oftentimes it is another lovely long-term effect of the surgery.
I successfully treated the numb areas with St. John's wort oil. I began earlier than you, but I don't believe it is ever too late to heal. And, I have also experienced substantial healing after the 12 month mark with the incision itself...

yes, the oil goes right on the incision and numb areas. How often?.... Well, I do it when I remember. Sometimes twice a day. Sometimes only once a week. But I think you should aim for at least once a day.
Also, it is nice to massage the area with some oil- maybe castor or vit e and calendula.
Or try castor oil packs- very soothing and healing...
HTH,
Jaya
