m/s suddenly stopping- should I worry?

I've been thoroughly queasy for most of the last week, but suddenly I'm feeling a lot brighter- I can walk, and talk, and move and stuff that I really wasn't able to do last week. It could be because I've finally figured out what I can eat (bread and meat, basically) or ???
My boobs are sorer than ever, I'm not having any cramping- haven't apart from a few days a couple of weeks ago- and am even more tired than I was last week. DD's been nursing loads the last 24 hours though. Any ideas? Should I worry? Oh, and absolutely no spotting. My cervix is still high and firm and I've still got pregnancy gloop.
I reckon I'm about 8 weeks along now.

I personally wouldn't worry, but that's just me. Try for now and count your lucky stars. When do you see a care provider? If you're still concerned then I'm sure they could help to calm your fears. Hang in there!

I could go and see my GP, but that would probably lead to interesting discussions about why I want midwife-led antenatal care (Because they're the ones who will be catching the baby. Duh) insted of letting them do it and get the funding. In the end, if I can be patient and not panic then it'll be better for me in the long run because midwife-led care round here isn't that easy to get. The CM that covers my area was off on holiday last week, so she should be in touch any day now.
