Please can I have some advice for transitioning to NT please?
We're both super stressed and I have massive sugar cravings. We don't eat many processed foods but i'd like ti incorporate more fermented foods and drinks.
I have NT and WF but so far the recipes (gingerbeer mainly) have been disasters!
I love cooking so that's not an obstacle but i have a toddler so time is limited!
i love kefir as does my toddler
i've just put some bone broth in the crockpot.
Any advice welcome!

: sometimes, but menu plans can really help with being more organized (check out the thread in the menu planning forum). If you already do a more-or-less whole foods diet, it's not really that much of a leap.
