Rescue Remedy for Anxiety?

Thread Starter
I am working on dealing with my anxiety. I am on conventional meds, Lamictal and Wellbutrin but I'm still struggling with panicky feelings. I haven't used Rescue Remedy in a long time but thought it might help to try it again.

I was wondering if you use it and how. When you're having a high anxiety moment, how much do you take? Do you put it directly under the tongue or in water? If you take some and its not enough, how soon do you try more? Do you increase the amount for a second dose, etc?

Thanks. :

I went off all my medication when I got pregnant, and I started using rescue remedy right away. It helps take the edge off my moods. I do the recommended 4 (ok, more like 6) drops under the tongue and then I "chase" it with a few sips of water (can't stand the taste/smell of it). If it doesn't work, I try more in two hours or so.

Good luck!

Here is the website: http://www.bachflower.com/index.html

I find it to be extremely helpful, especially at night when my head is racing and I can't relax to sleep. I found mine at Whole Foods, and I'm sure any natural store will have it.

I find it really helpful. I have the spray and use 4-6 squirts in my mouth. Good luck!
