Making some progress!

I had my 37 week check up yesterday and since I was already disrobed for the GBS swab I asked for my MW to check me. I've been feeling very down about the pregnancy recently, like I'm really ready to be done and I have so long to go.

Anyway, she said my cervix is closed, but I'm thinning out! Hooray!

I know it doesn't mean much physically, but psychologically it is nice to know that something is happening. The baby is head down, not quite engaged, but anterior.

The checks will not be a weekly thing by any means, but it's cool to know this babe is on its way in the next month!

are you having any contractions?

I'm feeling some but my NST tuesday showed them at regular intervals, I've dialted 2cm and I've got my fingers crossed that full blown labor will start soon

Just BH contractions- nothing "real". I had an NST last week due to some severe itching (no Cholistasis, thankfully) and they didn't say anything about contractions. Probably not much to say...
