I can freeze raw milk, right?

Does the milk lose any of it's nutritional properties by freezing it? And how long is too long in the freezer? Also, are there any limitations on what I can do with the milk after thawing?

TIA!

Yup...I freeze mine all the time.

The fat will clump some...so best to blend after defrosting to mix it all back in.

I use a wide mouth ball jar and a stick blender.

Good to know info about the vitamins and all after freezing raw milk!
We recently went on vacation for a week and a half, and I insisted that our raw milk providers help us stock up for our trip (I can't live without my raw milk! LOL!)...and so they froze several gallons for us to take, and one fresh gallon for current drinking. All I had to do was thaw out a gallon in the sink for a whole day and then it was ready by breakfast time the following day. We didn't really notice a change in taste, either...but I did assume that some of the good stuff might have been lost in the freezing process. However, I STILL think it was way better than any of that chemical mess from the grocery store!!
