I've been looking for a healthy way to boost my energy level and pack in more nutrients since i'm pregnant. I read about bee pollen and was putting in a herb order so i order a big jar of it. I got it in the mail yesterday but now I don't know how to use. I tried to putting some on my oatmeal today (???) but that didn't work too well, it made the whole thing taste kinda funky. any advice would be great! thanks

How about on a spoon with a lil honey? i've taken lots stuff that way - started taking CLO that way followed by a cracker to help with the feel.

(Now I just down it and not even blink, )

I add it to my kefir smoothies and blend it in the blender.

My parents just put it in a little glass of OJ and down it that way.

oh oh I love this question..

I grind the pollen up in a coffee grinder (not used for coffee, used for herbs) and add it to a smoohthie, I nibble on them straight, I also put them in yogurt. They don't taste that bad. Grind up and roll in honey to make a little candy.

I make combo candies:

coconut oil
ground pollen
raw chocolate powder
spirulina
agave

mix and put in a ice cube tray, freeze. (to keep shape)
Enjoy
