: : : its back! my supply is back! i am SO happy and grateful for your all's help!!!! i have been taking fenugreek, so here is my question, how long should i take fenugreek- till my supply is 100% back ( i pumped 9 oz today at work, usual is 10)? should i wean off or just stop? okay, thanks, any experiences with fenugreek would be helpful!

I don't have fenugreek advice, but I am REALLY happy to hear you are back on track!! Excellent work!

for me, as soon as my supply came back i stopped w/ the fenugreek and mama's milk tea and my supply was fine..... though if you still have minor issues it wouldn't hurt to keep taking it, i think.
