Stock meat?

After making stock, what do you usually do with the meat that is leftover from stock making.
After I make stock I think the meat tastes so bland, so I was wondering about some ideas about using this meat.

I give it to my dog or toss it, but I usually only use the bony parts like backs and wings so there isn't too much meat. But if you use more meat to make your stocks you can use it in chicken salads, soups, burritos and the like.

I have only made chicken stock. I pull the meat off after 1 1/2-2 hours and put the bones back in. It doesn't get so mushy that way. It's great for chicken salad or enchiladas.

This is one of the main reasons I stopped adding veggies when I cook my stock (apparently onions are bad for dogs). I sort out all the meat from the bones, whir it in my food processor & freeze it in ice cube trays for treats the dog loves.
