Hi guys,

I have heard from several sources ( which I cant find right now ) that there are more outbreaks of milk borne disease resulting from pasturized milk then from raw, even when accounting for the differene in number of consumers. Can someone point me to the source of that satement?

Thanks a bunch!

(its for an article I am writing)

Do you have The Untold Story of Milk by Ron Schmid? You may be able to glean what you need from that.

This may have what you need, as well http://www.karlloren.com/aajonus/p15.htm (Ron Schmid points out in his milk book some errors in this report, namely the claim that raw milk can't transmit brucellosis, but says it's otherwise admirable.)
