Does anyone else experience a dip in their supply around the time of their AF?
My AF just came back 2 months ago (dd is 9 mos.) and this past AF I noticed a MAJOR dip in my supply from about 4 days before-3 days into AF. I supplement my diet with Calcium/Magnesium supplements full time anyways. (I've read that some women have luck if they add this supp during wk before AF.) I also did loads of oatmeal and fenugreek.
Does anyone else have this problem and what have you done to prevent/alleviate the pre-AF supply dip?
