I want some bloody show!

I never saw bloody show with the first two, (though I did see a last-minute bloodless plug with #2) and am really hoping I see one with #3!!!! Every single time I think I "feel" something, I'll run to the bathroom, only to find that it's...not. *sigh*

I'm coming up on 38 weeks and hate the thought that I could go to 42 weeks. That's a whole other MONTH!!! UGH!!! I'm so impatient!!!

I know what you are going thro. I'm 38 weeks and I can't help but interpret every bodily symptom. The thought of going longer seems hard to get in my head!!!! I had already had my DD by this stage last pregnancy....... I love being pregnant but I'm really looking forward to meeting this bub!!!!!!

I guess we just need to hang in there. I'm going to acupunture tomorrow and I will be requesting all the points that help with labour... but at the same time I know babies come when they are meant to!

Hang in there mama lets all send each other at most 2 weeks energy

Guess what I saw this morning?!!!!!!

:

It was mucousy, like what I see during ovulation, and it was sort of pinky-maroon. I want some more! Lots more!

I am so sorry!!! I am feeling pretty impatient too, it's really hard thinking we might still have WEEKS of this left! I am seeing NOTHING too, I don't even have increased discharge like I did when I was pg with DS.

Now I've gotten to your last post and WOO HOO!!!! I hope you see more too! That's really great news!!

its soo good to know others are feeling the same way.

I'm 39 weeks and 2 days due feb 6.... enjoying pregnancy and at the same time eager to birth and meet this little person.

A show would be great ... I never thought I'd say this but SEND SOME MUCUS MY WAY!

I am due tomorrow and have been looking for the famous mucous plug but it has yet to make its appearance... I guess some people don't ever actually see theres. I would love to lose mine like anytime now..... I want my baby!!!

lol count me in for obsessively checking toilet paper for any trace of red pink or brown! I lost my mucus plug a couple days ago and this morning I got excited when I wiped a little mucus that had 2 small specks of brown in it..lol. dh must have thought I was nuts for so closely examining toilet paper after wiping! hahahaha

You guys are so funny. I would have killed to last as long as you!

Not too much longer Firefly! Woohoo!
BTW, somehow we're going to try to watch the Superbowl. I am torn between wanting the BEars to lose because of our rivalry (Green Bay) and actually being glad SOMEONE in our division doesn;t suck.

I kept thinking towards the end of this pregnancy that bloody show as a first sign would be so cool. I was praying that my water breaking would NOT be the first sign like it was the last 2 times. I just hate that waiting period of when the water breaks and no contractions are coming. Anyway, guess what my first sign was this time??? Yep, bloody show, and since I'd never had it happen before it totally freaked me out. The bright red blood scared me half to death that it was from the placenta or something, but after visiting with the midwife and noticing regular contractions shortly after I realized it was just bloody show and probably real labor. Just a few short hours later my baby arrived, and my water ended up not breaking until my first push.

Here's wishing some labor signs for all of you still waiting!
