Couple of things I wanted to post here -- 1st, we have 2 mamas on the other board -- if you want to join over there, please do! 2nd...do we let the february mama join the swap here??

That was kinda my thought as well...I'll let a couple more mamas chime in here and then PM her one way or the other.... *sighs* this is the downfall to having to do the swap on the swap board & not here (although I can understand their reasoning in insisting they all be over there).

Well for me a swap is another means of participating in the group. . another way of getting to know each other better. If it's someone who is due in Feb but has been a part of the March DDC. . posting and such. . then I say fine, she's part of the group. But if it's someone who hasn't participated then I think it defeats the purpose and she she should to get a swap going for her own DDC. KWIM?

Well, when you do your swaps on the swap boards, they're easier to regulate, organize and monitor (I'm referring to MDC Mods, not the organizer of the swap). It helps to keep people following the rules & not reneging as often.


I think I'll pm her & gently explain that we wanted to keep this within our group as we've formed friendships & wanted it to be personal, not just a "stuff" swap.

Does that sound nice enough?
