Best non-stick cookware???

We need to get a new wok for stir-fry, and looking for recommendations as to which is the best non-stick cookware??

I know the coating can be hazardous to health, have to be a certain standard, or something?? We got our current one just from the supermarket, kind of cheap, so I am glad we are going to get rid of it and buy a new one!!
Don't tell me cast-iron- I have a small one, but the big one is too heavy!!

Recommendations, please!!!

OK, I won't tell you cast iron. As a matter of fact, cast iron does not make for good woks IME. It holds the heat a little *too* well.

I personally use a carbon steel wok (Joyce Chen is the brand name). You season & clean it the exact same way you do cast iron, and no yucky teflon peeling off in your food.

I found mine at Bed Bath & Beyond - it's this one.

I also did a bit of search and found a line called Scanpan. Whoa!! What a price!!
