We need to get a new wok for stir-fry, and looking for recommendations as to which is the best non-stick cookware??
I know the coating can be hazardous to health, have to be a certain standard, or something?? We got our current one just from the supermarket, kind of cheap, so I am glad we are going to get rid of it and buy a new one!!
Don't tell me cast-iron- I have a small one, but the big one is too heavy!!
