FYI - Great Online Counselor

Just wanted to share that I had a great experience with an online coounselor today. I needed help talking about new life with a baby and new relationship. Also briefly talked about careers too. She wasn't too expensive either. I don't have the time, energy, (nor maybe courage) to go to a face-to-face counselor. But this helped. Please PM me for her name because I don't think I'm allowed to post it.

How did you find something like this? Is there a way to make sure this person is a certified counselor, and that the name they give you is actually the same person you spoke with? I'm really not trying to be snarky, I just want to know how credible it is. I've never heard of anything like that before. I need to talk to someone and I haven't found anyone in my area... at all.
