Anyone else still nursing?

How's it going?

Sarah is still going strong! I was kinda hoping she'd wean : but I'm okay with it. Now if only she'd be gentle when nursing! Or heck, even if it was just a couple times a day, instead of the 10ish times a day!

We are! About 1-2 times a day now. I'm pretty sure we'll be tandem nursing. He's not at all ready to give up the one nighttime feeding, and I'm sure once I have real milk again, he'll be a little more interested. I don't mind though, because I don't think he was ready to lose my milk when he did.

I think 10 times a day would wear me out a bit at this point too! I know I get a little squirrely when DS tosses around while nursing too!

Everyday for a nap, sometimes in the morning or afternoon, always if she gets hurt more than a scrape or bump... I think it'll be a real party when my milk comes in... but UGH we're going to have to work on her latch then too. Too much teeth, not good latch... hopefully the whole milk transfer won't work right until she stops with the teeth!

Once a day and she is now asking to nurse more ( I actually have a little bit now ) though I'm sticking with the boundaries and hoping that she will take expressed milk if she wants more during the day : ...

still nursing here. only when dd is upset or at night when she can't sleep, i think it's more of a comfort thing at the moment.

Ds weaned about 4-5 months ago. I tried my hardest to practice CLW but nursing really drove me INSANE being pregnant. Luckily he seemed to give it up almost instantly, like he just forgot about it. Phew! I'd feel terrible if he still wanted it and I didn't.

Dd is still nursing at 35 months and it hurts like h*ll most of the time. She is up to about 4 times a day. I can't wait to see how it is going to work out when there are 2 of them. I already try to turn her down now but I always give in. She is quite persuasive! I know I am really going to tire of nursing and dd still nurses like 10 minutes to each side and insists on having both sides every time. This is going to be fun!

I think we are still nursing although it has been several days so I'm not really sure. When I was pregnant with dd my son weaned right around this point so maybe it will happen this time too? Although I'm thinking jealousy is going to kick in once the baby is here and dd will continue to nurse. Who knows.

We're still nursing here. Dd nurses down for naps and at bedtime. It keeps getting more painful, but I don't have the heart to say no. It is causing contractions now.

Hayden is still nursing 1-3 times a day. I can't wait to have milk for him. He's still young, so I know he'll pick up the sessions one milk is back.
