I would just say, focus on what you WANT, instead of what you don't want. Don't focus on miscarriage. Focus on your healthy, strong baby; on your capable, smart body doing everything
just right, on this being
your time and space for this pregnancy, for this child, who is growing
so big and strong and happy . . . etc etc. I am big on pregnancy affirmations, they made a huge difference for me.

In the end, besides thinking positive thoughts and making healthy lifestyle choices, there is nothing else you can do anyway. So try to just relax and do things you enjoy.
