where would I get this

I need to get a nipple dome--am I saying this right? The ones with the holes so that it draws out the nipple. I have flat nipples and would like to try to draw them out while still pregnant. My midwife says it would be a good idea in the last month of pregnancy for a few hours (I know someone here posted that it may induce labor--I did ask!). So I will wear it at 37 weeks maybe.
Thanks.

I know that Medela sells them and calls them Breast Shells (not shields). I have seen them be very helpful. The other thing that is great for flat nipples is Reverse Pressure Softening.

Yes, breast shells. A google search should bring up a bunch! (hopefully!)

If you're looking to buy them locally most Targets carry them (I'd call ahead, but that's where I got mine..) I would absolutely recommend wearing them before baby comes if your midwife says that it's ok. I didn't know about them before dd was born, but wearing them (thanks to the recommendation of a great lactation consultant) helped to pull my nipples out and actually get my daughter to latch thus saving our breastfeeding relationship!

If I decide to get pregnant again, I'll use these:

Is that the kind of product you're looking for?

I think I was looking for the shells. My concern is that I have flat nipples and had a hard time with latch with dd. I ended up exclusively pumping for 7 mos.
I would like to actually breastfeed this time around, and people have been telling me to use the shells. But it does not look like I can wear them at night, and my nipples get very soft and flat then so I am afraid this babe wont be able to latch as easily for nighttime feedings, it is a hard time because it is dark and your groggy and all. Any suggestions for that?

This product says you can wear at night, How does it work? What is the syringe for? I guess I should research it more.
