I like James with Oliver or Jay . . .not that you asked me

Boy will most likely be Jaden Dominick, but I really like the name Seamus (shay-mus) too, it's a strong Irish name, DH isn't completely convinced on that one yet...
: that name, and my son has gotten nothing but compliments. Though I must admit that a lot of people can't hear what the name is exactly when I say it. It's not that hard, but for some reason it gets pronounced incorrectly a lot. This sounds bad, but Asians never get the pronounciation wrong- they can hear what it is. Strange. . .Anyway I love calling him Shay or Shay shay. His middle name is Jay and I also like calling him Shay Jay. Shambo is another nicknamed he earned (being that he's the toughest baby on the block) It's definitly a fun name.
I caught myself multiquoting a lot just to say "hey I love that too!" or "that's one of the names on my list that dp won't approve of" or other comments. All of you have picked ultra cool names

I've wanted 'Sebastian' for about 10 years now! So I thought I would have to beg DH to let us name our son that name, but he willingly agreed to it when I brought it up. I told him he could pick the middle name, and he picked Dee, which is his father's and his middle name.
So, his name is Sebastian Dee Stock (I have a different last name. I am still debated on changing it or not...)

Ruby ROCKS. I've loved that name since I was 11. (I also wanted 12 kids at the time- Ruby, Pearl, Krystal, Emerald. . .) Ruby is the only one that stuck with me. I think it only works with dark haired little girls though (and that ain't happening here). Ruby Ruby Ruby

Unless DP comes up with something better than "Bicycle Kropotkin" the names I have picked for our baby are:
Raven Mae if it's girl. I have a couple other choices for a girl, too, but unless baby comes out and I look at her and say, "No, nevermind," it'll be that.
Oliver [Ollie] William if it's a boy. William is my dad's name, middle name of DP's dad and stepdad; my grandpa's [who practically raised me more than my dad when I was a little kid and is like, my favourite person in the world] middle name; and pretty sure it's a few other family member's name, too... ETA: Whoopsie, it's DP's middle name, too! lol
I have a few other names I like just in case those don't work out. DP has approved Raven Mae, but doesn't like Oliver. His only realistic suggestion is Zack William, but I don't like the name Zack. It makes me think of 90s and "Saved By The Bell" and neon nylon outfits and lastly, my aunt's dog (that's his name). I suppose I prefer more old-fashioned names.
RAVEN is one of the COOLEST names of all time! I'm keeping my
: that you have a girl. and
on Bicycle. . .

I say Malachi! I desperately wanted to name my last baby Malachi, but dh did not like it at all.
He said "I don't care what else you name him, just not Malachi." I was so sad. It's such an awesome name!
Generally, we don't make a real choice until after the baby is here, dh is such a pain about that. But I do have fun considering all kinds of names while I'm pregnant.
For a girl, I thought I'd want Katey - since I've liked it forever. But I'm not into the full name options.
So, right now I like Magdalena Grace
, nn Maggie. It's my very good friends middle name and I've loved it since I met her in high school.
And absolutely no idea whatsoever for a boy.
: this one too. I like the way it feels on my tongue.

(PS My sig has another great August)
Love it! Dh would never agree to it, but I think it's tooooooo coool.

love henry and hank for short
THAT feels right
ps look up henry on name voyager:http://babynamewizard.com/namevoyager/lnv0105.html
Hank is my DP's first choice. I don't mind it, but I don't like Henry at all (sorry
no offense- it has a weird association with onions for me- no, I can't explain the origin of that- I also associate the name Kevin with beavers and Logan with pinecones and candybars at the same time; all of this is unexplainable)
Hank is a cool, tough name though.
I also really like the name Kermit (but also not the association- I should talk. . .)
The association makes me think of another name I like for it's own merits- Grover. Very cool
If you look at the baby name wizard for those they were really popular at the turn of the century, and both disapear in 1980. LOL
