It's a very exciting day for him and all of us. We made 'cake cones' last night and I am bringing them up to his pre-school in a bit to celebrate.

It's making me feel a little old, and little weepy. My baby is growing up so fast!!!!!

Thanks for the birthday wishes girls! We had a very fun day. Jack got lots of nice presents and we had a nice family dinner out too-which went so well.
Yes, they grow so fast. I can't believe how big he is! I asked him this morning if he was still my baby, and he said yes. Thank goodness!

Happy Belated birthday!!

I always ask ds1 that and he says "I'll always be your baby, even when I'm big like daddy." Of course, he probably says that because I tell him he'll always be my baby.

Awe! Thank you! It was really easy for us to name Jackson. We both loved the name, but he quickly became 'Jack'. His middle name is Mark, which is DH's middle name. Spencer was a bit harder. It was about 3 hours after he was born that we settled on that name. It was my first choice, but not DH's. I think he let me win because he saw me go through childbirth again! Spencer's middle name is Richard, for my dad and my grandfather on my mom's side. We love thier names.

Happy B-day!!! (sorry it's late) My dd is 5 and it just seems impossible that my tiny baby is this huge kid now. Isn't it funny how they seem so big when you are at home and then you take them somewhere big (like my dh's work) and they look so little again. I think what hit me the hardest is when she stopped looking like a baby when she slept and looked like a big kid all the time.
