Sorry if TMI...I've been drinking water kefirs for a couple of months and kombucha for several weeks. I drink a lot of water kefirs, about a quart a day, and 4 oz or so of kombucha. I still have a lot of gas from drinking them, which I'm sure means my gut flora is still being adjusted, but it's getting annoying. Does anyone know of a way to reduce the gas without reducing the amount of the drinks I'm taking? Or is it possible to simply drink more probiotic beverages than the body needs (needs, not can handle) which would result in gas?
