rash on belly

A few days ago I noticed a rash on my belly. I thought I'd give it a few days to see what happened as I had used some every fragrant lotion on my belly and thought I might be having a reaction.

It's still here and somewhat more spread on my belly. I'm so scared it's puppps! I so don't want to be itching all over! Anyone else had this? Was it Puppps? I find if I'm good about not having things touch my belly it helps it not itch.

Thanks,
Julie

i had a little rash on my belly a couple days ago, it kind of looked like prickly heat. and for some reason there is no hair were the rash was. it was slightly itchy, and i am slightly itchy all over... but i figured it's because we have very hard water. maybe it's just a little dry patch. sorry i don't know what puppps is so i can't help you there. hope you feel better.

Can you post pictures? I had an awful rash that I was calling PUPPP in August for about a month, I was miserable, spent over $200 in different creams, homeopathic remedies, soaps, powders. Sarna Lotion definatly helped at night because it gave off a cooling sensation that helped me get to sleep. Also if you have a mom & pop type pharmacy look for some Grandpa's Pine Tar soap, it sucks the infection out of your skin after about 10 days of use. I SWEAR BY IT!!! Hugs girl, I know how miserable it truly is What I got was rare because it was so early, but I did read everywhere that it goes away after the birth for sure.

These aren't the best pictures, but this is what my rash looked like:

It ended everywhere except my face. I'm still baffled by that one.

Mine isn't spreading, so I'm guessing it's not PUPPPS. I see the midwife tomorrow, so we'll see what she says. It hasn't' gotten worse, or better. Okay, maybe a little worse. All I have is a camera phone and it doesn't show anything very well. It's not really red (unless I have been recently scratching it), it's just a bunch of bumps - which really don't show up on the pictures. I just hope it continues to not spread!

It does look similar to your rash though, but it's mostly in my stretch marks, so it's hard to tell if it's red because it's a rash or because it's on the stretch marks. I'll try to take some better pictures tomorrow when there is better light (our house has horrid lighting!).
