I just startled my baby!

Sorry Sweetie!! LOL The baby just started with hiccups a few minutes ago. I often rub or pat my tummy while they are going. (Just from patting DS so much when he had them!) Anyway I patted my tummy and got a HUGE jumpy feeling inside - like I'd startled her! Poor thing wasn't expecting that I guess!

when my son wakes up in the middle of the night with a bad dream, it also wakes up the baby, first my son yells and then the baby jumps!

lol once I was in the tub and was about to get out, and pulling the drain up made my baby startle, it was so funny

this poor baby girl has a fit when mommy does dishes. I'm not to careful about puting pots away. :

This one is a sensitive one too. I have startled baby many times! With ds2's pg I had a co-worker that liked to sneak up behind me and scare me all the time. Ds would jump too and he startled easily for his first year. My co-worker thought that was funny! :

My husband scared me by yelling my name when I was upstairs. He wanted me to come down and get the phone, but the way he yelled it, I thought he was hurt or dying. I ran downstairs and into the bedroom, and he was fine but for the next hour or so, Baby wouldn't stop jumping around because of all that adrenaline!

This is so funny because this baby is WAY more sensitive than my first was. He never startled at anything and this one jumps if my stomach makes a noise. Funny I'm not the only one.

mine jumps when dh coughs: since he's getting over a cold and coughs a lot you can imagine how little sleep i'm getting...

Mine doesn't startle easily but seems to have a sixth sense about when dd stirs during the night. Once my dh gets dd settle, I'm usually laying there for awhile waiting for this one to settle back down.
