My Sweet Prince is Here!

Six weeks and a day early.....but my sweet little prince is here! He was born by emergency c section 18 hours after my waters broke on Jan 18th. He spent 9 days in the NICU, but I was able to bring him home today. He is healthy and beautiful. I feel amazing and have since the day after he was born. The emotional experience wore me out, but physically, it wasn't all that bad. I did miss my baby shower, but we have decided to reschedule it and call it a welcome home Baby Shower. Now everyone will get to meet him at the shower. I can't wait! I named him Noah Amir. Amir means little prince in Arabic and it just suited him. Plus all the baby shower stuff says SWEET PRINCE. Nice, huh? I had no idea I could love someone this intensely. I am in awe!
