Monthly Room Challenge POLL

So, for February I am going to start up a 'Monthly Room Challenge'. The idea is that we pick a particular type of room (Kitchen, living room, etc) to focus on for the month. We'll all work on organizing that room in our house together. At the beginning of the month, everyone posts pictures of their (tidied up) but otherwise as-is room, with info one what areas are a problem, what they like and what they dislike about it. All month long we'll work on organizing our rooms together and share ideas and what works and doesn't work for us. At the end of the month, we'll share pictures of the before and after!

This poll is determine which room we should start with for February. I am going to create it so it allows multiple votes - vote on the few rooms you would most like to start with (though don't vote on all of the rooms, since what would be the point?) Don't worry too much about labels - we are just aiming for working on similar rooms together. So if your play area is part of your living room, that's okay! If your office is in your kitchen, no problem! If you have a living room and a family room - just pick the one you want to work on the most. I did not put a 'other' in the poll because this is just for the first month - we'll get to other parts of the house as time goes on!

I keep checking back - I feel like I should be calling a horserace... "and the Master bedroom pulls a head by a nose! Kitchen and Office are right behind giving it a run for its money..."

I picked kitchen and master bedroom, two areas that could REALLY use improvement but i really want to do my pantry/laundry room too

I voted on a few rooms, but the master bedroom is the one that could be most improved.....if I worked on it.

The others need to be decluttered, but are probably as organized as they are going to get.

Yeah....this should be fun (well, not 'fun', but more fun then doing it alone!)

I picked master bedroom because it seems to be the one I neglect the most. My second choice was kids room because my sons room is a disaster. Third would be a tie between my kitchen, and living room. I would like to nominate garage for a room eventually. Mine is a mess.I can't even park my car in there.

I voted kids room b/c I'm planning to paint, re-floor, and decorate/organize it all this month. :

Though dh would probably appreciate it if I organized and decluttered the bedroom....

i voted kitchen and office space, but really the office is just the desk which is always a mess we have a 2 room house. one room is the kitchen/livingroom and the other is the bedroom..we also have a bathroom
the bedroom is okay since i just spent 2 days decluttering and changing it around.. the closet needs new shelves and stuff.. but there was no closet option..

Our bedroom though. Well, wouldn't need much help with decluttering, but making it more like a bedroom...We currently have a bed, and a nightstand in there. Our other dresser is in the closet. I would love to make it feel more comfy.

i'm planning on doing that too - whichever room we choose, I'm not just going to declutter but work on decorating and making it more beautiful and homey too.
