So I posted a few weeks back about me trying to convince My husband not to circ if we ever had a boy. I was having all kinds or problems with his ignorant arguments for it.. dragging his mom in and everything..
Well this weekend we were at a wedding, and his friend who was getting married and his new wife have a 4 month old son who isnt circumsized... I expressed to them how glad I was that they didnt do it.. how against it I was.. I ended up getting a bit ummm wasted and talked all night about how people shouldn't Circ their sons.. I am a bit embarrassed.. buttttttttttttttttttt... The good news. My husband said to me when we were there.. "I want a son" I said "well are you gonna get his penis choped up or are you going to leave him the way he was made?" He said "hun I wouldnt Circumsize him, I know you are right and you make your case very well every time.. It just took some getting used to for me."
Soooo if we have a boy ever we are not circumsizing him under one condition though (according to hubs) we have to give him his friends, who got married and has the son ( who is also intact) name as a middle name lol! I said FINE!
YEAYYYY!!! I WON! (lol but we both agree we actually aren't ready for another just yet lol)

The idea of not circumcising is so weird to some people that it takes a little getting used to for sure... and I'm so glad that's what it was in your dh's case!
