It's been a long time since my herbalism classes, but I would assume that it is on the strong side. However there is a point at which it can't get any stronger - the plant only has so much to give, yk? As long as it isn't moldy or really off-smelling, I would strain it out and bottle it when you have the chance. Just pay attention to how it affects you when you take it. If it seems like too much for your body or if you start to feel too dependent on it (IIRC, motherwort is slightly addictive I think, but I could be confusing it with something else) then dilute it out with some more alcohol or cut back on your dosage. I'm not an expert of course, but that's what I would do if I were in your shoes. HTH.
