could MY fillings affect my kids?

could the fillings in my mouth, almost too numerous to count, have affectd my never-vaxed kids in utero or during lactation? i DID also have a bunch of dental work done in the few months after my second son was born, (so when he was exclusively BF). and he has some gut issues that i don't even know how to begin to address. is there a possible connection, or not really?
