does anyone else have this problem...i am assuming that the histamine reaction in my daughter is what is causing her frequent nightmares (they always happen around an accidental food "breech") it is very difficult b/c this is often. everytime i refine her diet and think i have it all figured out, one of the foods that she usually doesn't have a problem with that i depend on, beings to cause problems as well...so she is very often showing signs.
so when prevention is not enough, what can i do before she sleeps to help her dreams be more pleasant or subdued?? should i just use my normal anti-histamine treaments (like nettles tea or homeopathy allergy drops)
any thoughts, oh wise fellow food allergy mama-experts?
