grapefruit seed extract in pill form?

hey everyone,
i've read on here a few times about people using grapefruit seed extract in pill form to help treat thrush. where do you find it in pill form?

whole foods
or
local natural grocery store

naturopathic doctor's office

you should be able to find it in a health food store, but also you can buy the liquid GSE and also buy empty capsules and put the liquid in it.

i have read that the liquid is better and it cheaper.
plus then you can use the liquid extract in a solution to wipe your nips after each feeding.

i really do think GSE works.
