Okay, so I just bought a big bottle of this. I know there are use suggestions on the back, but I'm wondering what you find it really useful for. Is it really gentle enough for a child's bubble bath? Does it really clean bathrooms and kitchens well? What kind did you buy?

My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

Yes, I would think so. Don't put too much in, and if you have a girl, don't overdo bubble baths (ditto for moms -- bubble baths and girly bits are a once in awhile thing.)
Yes. I mostly use it in our foaming hand soap dispensers, but you can use it to clean the floors and counters (I have wood floors, so I use vinegar and water with a little orange essential oil).
I think I bought the lavendar last time, but I'll probably buy unscented next time, so I can add my own EOs to the foaming hand soaps
(I like patchouli and orange a lot, or sandlewood and vanilla...)

If this is Dr. Bronner's soap, it does not make very large or long-lasting bubbles, so it's not great for bubble baths...but it is gentle enough to use on children.
We use it for
hand washing (1 part soap to 4 parts water in a spray bottle)
body washing (few drops on wet hands and lather up)
everyday cleaning of bathroom fixtures and tile (above spray bottle)
scrubbing of bathroom fixtures and tile (mix w/baking soda to make a paste)
washing nylon diaper covers and laundry bags by hand (full strength)
I like peppermint for my shower, but sometimes I get almond for a change. My son does not like peppermint ("too spicy"
) but does like almond or the "baby-mild" variety. We use tea tree for hand washing and cleaning.
